Steve Sigg

Steve Sigg, President & CEO

Steve relocated to Lexington, KY in 1993 to start his own company, the Sigg Group, and in 1998 successfully acquired SIS from its original owners. Under Steve’s leadership and vision SIS has experienced substantial business growth over the past years, having been recognized three times in the Fortune 500’s Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S. Steve also serves on Avnet’s Advisory Board, providing input on channel and brand strategy.

Steve has extended the company’s product line and service offerings to include the new data center – SIS Managed Solution Center. Today SIS is considered a top technology solution provider and was voted one of the “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” in 2011 and 2016.

Early in his business career, Steve spent 23 years with IBM in various positions including sales, product development and finally as a branch manager in Washington, D.C. He earned an Economics degree from Washburn University and, upon graduation, served two years as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army.

Steve is very active in Lexington’s Habitat for Humanity and the Lexington Hearing and Speech Center. Steve enjoys golf and being at the beach with his family. He is married with three grown children and six grandchildren.

Chris Sigg

Chris Sigg, Chief Financial Officer

Chris joined SIS as CFO in May of 2000. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing strategy development, performance metrics, capital structure and the appropriate financial disciplines necessary to help the company manage growth and exceed its goals. Chris also has responsibility for VBS Software – a commercially offered ERP platform designed specifically for IT VARs and systems integrators. VBS currently supports 25 customers as their ERP software vendor.

Chris’ career began in public accounting with Radwan, Brown and Company in Lexington, KY. While there, Chris focused on corporate and individual tax clients, as well as private company equity valuations.

Chris is a graduate of the Xavier University MBA program, with undergraduate work in Accounting at the University of Colorado – Boulder. Chris lives in Louisville, KY with his wife and two children.

Chris Henry

Chris Henry, Executive Vice President, Central Region & Practice Leadership

Chris has been involved in Data Center Technology sales for more than 14 years, working in both the distribution and direct sales channels. He joined SIS in 2000 as a Client Executive and then became a Brand and Location Manager before being promoted to Executive VP in 2005. Chris is responsible for sales management in Indianapolis, IN, as well as the Advanced Analytics, Software and Maintenance Practices.

Prior to joining SIS Chris held positions as an Account Representative and a Team Lead for Support Net, a dynamic IBM distributor in Indianapolis, IN. Chris graduated from Franklin College in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in English Studies. He is a board member at Coram Deo Academy in Carmel, IN and is involved in youth and discipleship capacities at Zionsville Fellowship. Chris and his wife have been married for 21 years and are blessed with three daughters.

Roger Finney

Roger Finney, Executive Vice President, Northern Region & Practice Leadership

Roger joined SIS in October 2011 as Executive Vice President for Brand Solutions with responsibilities for brand leadership, strategy and solutions for all server and storage platforms. Prior to joining SIS, Roger worked in leadership positions at several IT organizations. Over the last four years he served as a Brand Director for one the the largest solution providers in the world and was responsible for storage, software and mainframe brand direction. While in this role Roger and his team received recognition as global leaders who raised the standard for delivering innovative solutions and exemplary client satisfaction. Prior to his Brand Director role Roger served in a senior leadership position for a large regional solution provider. During his 7 year tenure the organization experienced significant growth and success.

Roger began his career at NCR Corporation where he received formal training in IT business and sales leadership. He held a variety of positions at NCR culminating in his appointment as a consultant for industry vertical solutions. After NCR, Roger join IBM as a Storage Sales Specialist and was quickly promoted into an Enterprise Storage Specialist responsible for key IBM accounts in Michigan. Well respected within the IBM storage division, Roger has provided product positioning guidance, helped write many certification test and co-produced a storage education and training video.

After IBM, Roger joined a large regional business partner where he was both the Sales Manager and Storage Consultant for seven years. He provided leadership for the sales organization and executive team and worked with clients on developing the right solutions for their data storage challenges.

Roger is an active member on many IT advisory councils addressing storage, software, IT channel and IT distribution. He is also the President of a regional data storage user group.

Roger received his B.A. degree from Michigan State University and his MBA Degree from Eastern Michigan University. He lives in Commerce, MI with his wife Barb and two sons. When he is not working, Roger spends time with his family and friends, coaches his sons in sports, likes to play basketball and tennis.

Paul Howard

Paul Howard, Executive Vice President, Client Solutions

Paul joined SIS as EVP, Client Solutions, a member of the executive team, reporting directly to Steve Sigg. In this role, Paul is responsible for providing leadership and management consultancy to specific strategic customer engagements across all lines of business, and will be relentless in looking for ways to help in accelerating business – from sales pursuits to project and service delivery.

Paul has a long history in the IT field, beginning when he joined IBM in Burlington, VT back in 1981 – coincidently the same year Bernie Sanders (yes, that Bernie Sanders) was first elected mayor of Burlington. Paul spent a total of 11.5 years with IBM, leaving as Advisory Systems Engineer, where he had been focused on large deployments of UNIX-based systems for retail customers. After IBM, Paul joined LensCrafters, where he managed their data center and Technical Services group. Other significant career stops along the way included Lexis-Nexis and Ohio Casualty Insurance.

Paul has two children – a son, Zach, working in the IT industry, and a daughter, Emily, who is a commercial artist/high school art teacher. Paul’s wife Beth is a Senior Account Exec with Microsoft. One additional little-known fact about Paul? He was an extra in the movie, Seabiscuit, appearing (fleetingly) in one of the winner’s circle scenes.

Maria Veyon

Maria Veyon, Executive Vice President, Service Delivery

Maria joined SIS as in the role of Executive Vice President, Service Delivery in October, 2013. Maria is the executive accountable for customer IT Infrastructure Delivery Services and Managed Cloud Services. She is also responsible for continuous improvement of service delivery capabilities.

With over 20 years of achievement managing IT infrastructure services as well as planning and delivering infrastructure solutions for clients in multiple industries, Maria most recently worked at Johnson & Johnson as the IT Director – Integrated Service Management.

Previously, Maria held the title of Partner in Accenture’s Infrastructure Consulting Practice in Data Center Operations where she led offering development as well as serving as the Client Engagement Lead for IT Infrastructure and Operations engagements.

Maria holds an MS in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado – Boulder as well as a BS in Journalism from West Virginia University. She lives with her husband and 4 children outside of Winchester, KY.

Pat Sigg

Pat Sigg, Executive Vice President, Sales and Practice Leadership

Since joining SIS in 2006, Pat has served various roles including Inside Sales Rep, Client Executive and Vice President of Sales, Southern Region. He currently has overall sales responsibility, with a focus on Client Engagement and Solution Selling. In addition, Pat leads up the IT Talent Acquisition Practice and the Client Executives for our Kentucky, West Virginia and Southern Ohio markets.

Pat started his career in construction project management for the Indiana Department of Transportation after graduating from the College of Engineering at the University of Kentucky. Pat’s career in engineering didn’t last long, as he quickly discovered a passion for sales and sales leadership. When not enjoying life with his wife and two young children you can typically find Pat on the golf course or somewhere warm and sunny.
